Q1: Do you have picnic areas?
A: No, sorry. As we run tours, we are not set up for picnics, and we do not have a café onsite.
Q2: What happens if it rains?
A: Most of our venue is undercover, so tours will still go ahead in wet weather.
Q3: Are you fully accessible for wheelchairs and prams?
A: Yes, we are accessible for both wheelchairs and prams.
Q4: Do we need to book?
A: Yes. As we run interactive tours, we are strictly bookings only.
Q5: Can you hold a koala?
A: No. It is illegal to hold koalas in Victoria.
Q6: Can we bring pets in?
A: No, we do not allow outside pets on our property, including in cars, for the welfare of our animals.
Q7: How long does the tour go for?
A: Tours run for approximately 1.5hours unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.
Q8: What should we wear?
A: Please wear enclosed shoes and clothing suitable for a farm environment. Tours run in most weather conditions.
Q9: Can we arrive early?
A: Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your tour time, as we may have other tours running.
Q10: Can we stay after the tour?
A: No, as we run scheduled tours only, guests must leave after the tour finishes unless prior arrangements have been made.
Q11: Do you accept walk-ins?
A: No, we are strictly bookings only as group sizes are limited for animal welfare and safety.
Q12: Are your animals safe around children?
A: Yes. All interactions are supervised by staff, and safety instructions must be followed at all times.
Q13: Can we feed the animals?
A: Only when instructed by staff. Some animals are on special diets, so outside food is not allowed.
Q14: Do you have toilets onsite?
A: Yes, toilet facilities are available for guests during their visit.
Q15: Can we bring food or drinks?
A: Small personal drinks and snacks for the kids throughout the tour are fine, but we are not set up for picnics or large food items.
Q16: Do you run tours on public holidays?
A: No we are closed on public holidays.
Q17: Is the tour suitable for young children?
A: Yes, our tours are suitable for all ages, but children must stay with their supervising adult at all times.
Q18: Can we book private tours?
A: Yes, private tours are available. Please contact us for pricing and availability.
